Organizing Your Accounts 📂
Multiple accounts? Don't trip – here's how to stay sane.
If you only have like 2-3 accounts, you can honestly skip this part. But if you're juggling a bunch of different accounts, let's get you organized.
Multiple Profiles
This is kind of Munyun's superpower. You can create separate profiles for different parts of your financial life. Each profile has its own accounts, transactions, categories – basically its own little universe.
Why would you want this?
Real examples from how people actually use it:
Personal – Your everyday money stuff (bills, groceries, going out)
Side Hustle – Track your freelance or business income separately
Investments – Keep your stocks/crypto away from your regular spending so it doesn't mess up your budget tracking
Family – Some people make profiles for family members they help out (parents, kids, etc.)
The point? Keep different money worlds separate so you're not drowning in data when you just want to see how much you spent on food this month.
Account Tags
Think of tags like folders, but better. You can tag accounts however makes sense to YOU.
Examples:
Tag all your credit cards as "Credit Cards"
Tag accounts you use for travel as "Travel Money"
Tag your emergency fund accounts as "Don't Touch"
Why tags are clutch: When you're building a dashboard and want to see spending across multiple accounts, just select the tag instead of clicking each account individually. Huge time saver when you've got 10+ accounts.
