Schedules 📅

Got bills that hit every month? Subscriptions? Rent? Paychecks? Schedules keeps track of all of it.

What it does:

Shows all your recurring transactions in one place – either as a calendar (on desktop) or a list (on mobile). You can see what's coming up, when it's due, and how much it'll be.

Managing your schedules:

• Edit any schedule if amounts change

• Delete ones you don't need anymore

• Turn schedules on or off (like when you pause a subscription)

• Run a schedule manually to add future transactions right now

When you run a schedule, Munyun fills in future transactions automatically based on your settings. You can still edit those if the amount changes or something.

The calendar view:

Navigate through months with the arrows, click any date to see what's happening that day, and check the monthly total at the top.

When you click a specific transaction, Munyun shows you which schedule created it, so you can see the pattern.

Auto-detection:

Munyun can automatically spot recurring transactions (like your Netflix subscription or rent) and create schedules for you. Less work for you, more accurate tracking.

Why this is useful:

The calendar doesn't just show scheduled stuff – it also shows upcoming bill payments from your liability accounts (like credit cards).

So you get a full picture of money going out in the future, which helps you plan and avoid "oh crap, I forgot about that payment" moments.
